Holiday House Livigno is a fully renovated apartment, welcoming guests since 2025, set in a small building on the Mottolino side of the valley.
Everything sits on a single level, on the ground floor with no stairs — handy with a pushchair, luggage and ski gear: the living room with its wide windows and panoramic balcony, a large and fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Underfloor heating keeps the apartment warm even on the coldest days, and the windows frame the village and the slopes.
It is designed for four people who want real space, though the sofa bed in the living room comfortably takes you to six. Just outside the house you'll find the closed garage, for the exclusive use of guests, a dedicated ski room with a boot warmer, and the bus stop 350 metres away.

The house sits just above the Mottolino roundabout: the lifts are a five-minute walk away and the centre of Livigno about ten. It is the side of the valley where the Livigno Snow Park staged the 2026 Olympic events.

At booking you pay a 20% deposit that secures your dates; the balance (the remaining 80%) is paid on arrival, at check-in. The €200 cash security deposit taken on arrival and returned in full at check-out is separate from this.
On top of this, the Municipality of Livigno's tourist tax applies: €1.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Under-16s are exempt. It is paid on site during your stay.

The Mottolino lifts are a five-minute walk away: the house is just above the roundabout. Carosello 3000 is on the opposite side of the valley and is easily reached by bus, with the stop 350 metres away.
The two double bedrooms sleep four. With the sofa bed in the living room you reach six beds. No further extra beds are available.
Yes, the house has a closed private garage, large enough for big cars (max height 2.10 m), bikes and e-bikes. Booking directly through this site, it's included free of charge; otherwise there is outdoor parking.
Yes, bed linen, towels and the final cleaning are always included in the price. There is also a washing machine and a drying rack in the apartment.
Unfortunately not, we cannot host pets. The property is also entirely non-smoking.

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival and your deposit is refunded in full. From 30 to 15 days before, the 20% deposit is non-refundable; from 14 to 7 days, 50% of the total stay is due; less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, 100% is due.
Yes. The Municipality of Livigno charges a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Under-16s are exempt (along with other cases set by the Municipality, such as guests with disabilities and their companion). It is paid directly on site during your stay.
We love to welcome you in person, usually between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. But the doors have keypad locks, so self check-in is always possible — even if you arrive late in the evening or at unusual times, you're never locked out. We send you the code and instructions before arrival.
The apartment is on the ground floor with step-free entry, which makes it handy with a pushchair, luggage and ski gear. However, it is not suitable for wheelchair users: the bathrooms are not adapted and some internal doorways are narrow. If you have specific mobility needs, write to me before booking and I'll tell you exactly whether the place works for you.
